Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ayan Sandybayev, doing business as BetterBell (“BetterBell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information collected through our marketing website at betterbell.care (the “Site”).
This policy covers the Site only. The BetterBell application used in our care pilot is not publicly available and is governed separately; a dedicated privacy notice will apply to it when it launches. Please do not submit health information through this Site.
Questions or requests? Email us at [email protected].
1. What information we collect
Information you provide. The Site has one input: a contact form. When you use it, we collect your email address and the interest options you select (for example, learning more, requesting a demo, or the pilot). The form does not ask for your name, and you choose what to share.
Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider records basic technical data each time your browser requests a page. This includes your IP address, your browser and device type (user-agent), the pages you request, and an approximate, country-level location derived from your IP address. We use this only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
No tracking cookies. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this Site. We do not build advertising profiles and do not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to help protect the Site against automated abuse; it is not used to identify you or follow your activity.
Sensitive information. We do not request sensitive personal information through this Site. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), medical details, or other sensitive data through the contact form or by email. The Site is not intended for that purpose.
2. How we use your information
We use the limited information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and send you the information you asked for;
- operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
- detect and prevent spam and abuse (the contact form uses a hidden anti-spam field); and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not send marketing or promotional email. If we reply to you, it is a direct, transactional response to your message.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. When and with whom we share information
We disclose personal information only to the service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We do not sell or “share” your personal information, and we do not disclose it for advertising.
Our current service providers are:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, and DNS. Processes the technical and log data described above.
- Formspree, Inc.: receives and delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace): hosts the email inbox that receives your message.
Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Where your information is processed
We operate the Site from the United States. Our service providers may process and store data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you access the Site from the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or another region, your information may be transferred to countries whose data-protection laws differ from your own. We take reasonable measures to protect it in line with this policy.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and for a limited period afterward (generally up to 24 months), then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical and log data held by our hosting provider is retained according to that provider’s standard retention periods.
7. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Residents of the EEA, the UK, and certain U.S. states may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
9. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors or set advertising cookies, there is nothing to disable. We do not monitor your activity across other websites, regardless of any “Do Not Track” setting in your browser.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the Site. Please review it periodically.
11. How to contact us
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. For general inquiries, email [email protected]. We can be reached by email; we do not currently publish a postal address.
